Giving you completely private and secure internet storage space. With a personal cloud drive, you can store various personal files on the internet and perform file operations just like on a local hard drive, such as deleting, copying, moving, and searching. Personal cloud drives are convenient to "carry," easy to modify, secure and reliable, and make it easy to share pictures and other files with friends and family. Storing, modifying, managing, sharing, and sending personal files can all be done easily on the web.

Click on File Center in the left navigation bar, then click on "Personal Cloud Drive" to go to the personal cloud drive page. You can perform the following operations:

1) Upload: Select the path and files you want to upload. You can upload multiple files. After selecting, click "OK."

2) New Folder: Enter the name of the new folder.

3) Download: Select the files in your personal cloud drive and click "Download."

4) Delete: Select the files you want to delete, check the box, and click "Delete." A confirmation prompt will appear. Click "OK" to delete.

5) Move to: You can change the storage path of the file.

6) More: You can download your personal cloud drive, modify your personal cloud drive, and view shared files within the site.

7) In the folder list, you have the operations "Sharing Settings," "Download," "Upload," and "Rename." "Sharing Settings" can be set to "Public to logged-in users," "Public to this organization," and "Public to specified users."

8) In the file list, you can perform operations such as "Download," "Preview," "Send," and "Rename" on individual files. Clicking "Send" will take you to the "Compose" page, where the file will be automatically attached, and you can then write your email.

The File Transfer Portal provides temporary storage for large files online. For example, it can provide 1 GB of storage capacity (which does not count towards your mailbox quota), support uploading files up to 1 GB, and files are saved for 7 days after being uploaded. The File Transfer Portal can help you flexibly transfer files between multiple computers, such as between your home and work computers. It can also be used to send oversized attachments, solving the problem of attachment size limitations in traditional email. You can also view the download records in the File Transfer Portal to strengthen file management.

We know that regular "email attachments" are generally 20MB or 30MB (specifically set by the administrator), and we have to worry about whether the recipient's mailbox can receive such a large attachment. Now, if your mailbox has the file transfer portal enabled, your email's large attachments can be up to 1GB (specifically set by the administrator), and can be sent to any email address. The recipient will only receive a download link for the large file, and will not be limited by the size of their mailbox.

Note: This feature is available in IE. Firefox, Chrome, and Safari do not currently support this operation.

The upload control supports resumable uploads, displays the upload progress, and supports simultaneous uploads of multiple files, ensuring the speed and stability of the upload.

The recipient actually receives a file download address with a time limit, so it is not related to the size of the recipient's mailbox. They only need to download the file according to the address in the email. If the oversized attachment you sent has expired, the download limit has been exceeded, or you have deleted the oversized attachment, the recipient will not be able to download it.

In addition, you can use the "Query" function of the file transfer portal to check whether the other party has successfully downloaded your large file.
